One on one exercise/conditioning/rehab program with Registered Kinesiologist (30 minutes)

If it is your first time seeing the Physiotherapist for this injury or it has been longer than 6 months since the last visit, an assessment is required. The assessment involves a one on one evaluation by the physiotherapist to determine cause of pain and dysfunction and look for underlying issues with joints, soft tissue, biomechanics and functional limitations. It involves a detailed health history, physical examination, education and treatment (60 minutes).

A personal trainer helps their clients achieve certain fitness goals, including but not limited to weight loss, strength training, toning, or overall health management. Each client's fitness level can be extremely different, so a trainer may be introducing one client to basic exercises, helping a second one with a weight loss program, and assisting a third in advanced training goals.
