If it is your first time seeing the therapist for this injury or it has been longer than 6 months since the last visit, an assessment is required. The assessment involves a one on one evaluation by the therapist to determine the nature of the concussion symptoms and the best plan for management of these symptoms. The session involves health history, physical assessment, education and treatment.

In your initial appointment, a brief health history as well as goals will be discussed. An individual program will be implemented with an experienced certified personal trainer or kinesiologist.
